Ok, so honestly - if you knew how many hours went into this project, you’d probably become a little worried. I lost the hour count ages ago and tried not to dwell on it as I descended into the madness that is editing your life as a watchable video.
Where the hell is Mark Burnett!?
He should be doing this for me.
These vids were filmed with my shitty Sony SD camera that I purchased second hand. From the moment I landed in Vancouver mid 2007, the record button was pushed…that camera went with me EVERYWHERE.
I decided to do whatever it took to make my dreams of doing music a reality…even if it meant starving to death in a shitty apartment (see episode 2).
Since I upgraded to a new HD cam last April (after we just finished Vol.1 and hit up L.A.) I had accumulated over 60+ hours and 30+ tapes of SD footage. Basically – what all of Episodes 1 and 2 are cut from.
I wanted to prove to myself more than anything that I was capable on my own – and that my dreams were within my grasp if I worked hard enough for them. Luckily, I also happened to have some amazing family and friends who decided to come along for the ride.

!I’m super excited to release more (in HD!) and am incredibly thankful for what’s happened up until this point. I also can’t wait 4 what’s in store throughout the rest of 2010!
